Caravan Hire Primrose Valley
*BRAND NEW 2012 CARAVAN* – HEATING TO ALL 3 BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM, DOUBLE GLAZED, THICK INSULATION, 2 TOILETS.. This Primrose Valley Caravan is situated in the quiet Lakehill area of Primrose Valley, but is also central to all the holiday park's amenities. Includes 3 bedrooms and sleeps upto 8 people. Offers best prices available and good value for money.
The Lounge
The lounge area is very spacious, with ample seating and under seat storage, dining table with stools and high chair. Includes a gas fire, 32" LCD TV, Sky + (full entertainment package except sports and movies), DVD player (with usb input), and various cupboards for storage. A selection of 40 + DVD's, games, colouring books etc are also provided for use during stay.
The Kitchen
Comes fully equipped with built in modern oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, and all crockery, pots and pans. There is also a full height coat cupboard with iron and iron board.
The Bedrooms
All bedrooms have blow heating. The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe with drawers, plus further storage. Both twin rooms have two beds, single wardrobe, separate shelving and under bed storage. Travel cot also provided. All rooms are provided with pillows & quilts, but price does not include linen (can be hired for a small additional fee of £15 per stay).
Bathrooms
Shower Room - Shower cubical with constant hot water, heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin with under storage unit, and extensive, practical storage shelving.
Toilet Room - A further separate toilet room including wash basin.
Additional Information
Externally - tarmac parking bay, patio area with table and 6 chairs.
All gas, electricity and water are mains supplied (no bottles) and included in the price. Prices are subject to change, but quotes confirmed via email, phone call or text will be guaranteed.
Includes Kingspan wall, floor and ceiling insulation (nearly double usual caravan thickness).
Note, the entertainment passes are NOT INCLUDED but these can be purchased from the Primrose Valley reception area, or we can arrange for you so they are ready for your arrival, following payment with final balance for the caravan. For the safety of our guests the caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and windows open in every room.

Please note: Smoking & pets are strictly forbidden, and caravan only available to families (adults with kids). Occupancy: prices are mainly quoted for Friday to Friday weekly. For part week Friday to Monday 3 nights or Monday to Friday 4 nights, please enquire.
Departure is by 10am and arrival from 2pm please.
Please remember to reserve your dates to avoid disappointment, all you need to pay is a £50 non refundable deposit to secure. Full balance to be paid 5 weeks prior to your holiday.
